Ashok Pitamberdas Thakural (Chairman and Managing Director): He is the First Generation Entrepreneur and Founder Member of the group. Mr. Ashok Thakural has all-time fulfilled the financial needs of the company and thereby he is the back bone of the organization. Today under his chairmanship his sons are taking the legacy forward. Ashok Thakural has taken upon himself a role of a mentor.

Kiran Ashok Thakural : He is a 37 years old and has been into the business of building and construction from past 16 years. He took the reins of the company as a CEO 16 years ago. He is the second generation entrepreneur. He plays a very big role in the success of the firm. He has been instrumental in taking up the business of Kiran Realty to a different level over the period of time.

He is 26 yrs old and has been in business since 3 years . He is Master in Finance from ICFAI University Hyderabad and he has been a part for the growth of the firm since then
